Designing through Story
My Story
I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember.
Drawing, imagining, building, little worlds - it’s always been the most natural way for me to understand things. Creating wasn’t something I learned to do later in life. It was simply how I process the world from the beginning.
Over time, that creative instinct naturally shifted and expanded. I explored different paths, such as acting, fashion design, and film, especially visual effects and editing. Each one felt like a different way of telling stories, but they all came back to the same core idea: I wanted to create worlds people could feel something through.
Eventually, I found myself drawn to graphic design. Not because the other paths stopped being interesting, but because it felt like the most grounded and accessible way to keep doing what I’ve always loved — telling stories visually.
Who I am
-
For me, design isn’t just about visuals. It’s about emotion, atmosphere, and narrative.
I’m especially drawn to book cover design and branding because they sit at this intersection of storytelling and identity. A good design doesn’t just communicate information — it hints at a world underneath it.
That idea is what excites me.
Because honestly…who wouldn’t want to step into a world where you can ride dragons or cast spells?
Stories matter because they let us escape, imagine, and feel something beyond the ordinary. And I think that’s incredibly human.
-
My work is emotional, expressive, and story-driven.
I don’t start with visuals straight away. I start with feeling. Tone, atmosphere, and meaning come first, and then I translate those into visual form.
My process usually looks like:
researching and gathering references
building moodboards to establish direction
developing initial concepts
refining composition and structure
gradually building layers until the final piece feels complete and intentional
I like working in stages because it lets the idea evolve naturally rather than forcing it into a fixed outcome too early.
-
Right now, I’m drawn to book cover design and branding work.
These kinds of projects allow me to explore storytelling in a very direct way — helping shape how an idea, story, or identity is visually experienced.
But more than the category of work, what matters to me is the people behind it.
I’m most interested in working with creative individuals, storytellers, and dreamers — people who have something they want to express but need help bringing it into visual form.
-
I’m a quiet and reflective person, especially in new environments. I take time to observe and understand things before I fully open up.
But once I’m comfortable, I become much more expressive and animated — especially when it comes to creative ideas.
I tend to get deeply immersed in projects once they capture my attention, often researching and exploring ideas in detail until I feel I understand them properly.
Outside of Design, I enjoy reading, story-driven games, and anything that builds immersive worlds and imagination.
